1. Definitions

• Content: any data, text, graphics, files, audio, video, commands, YARA rules, reports or other materials uploaded, downloaded or generated via the Service.

• Reports & Outputs: any analyses, summaries, chat session histories, or automated-task logs produced by FlowSync.

2. Use of the Service

1. Permitted Use. You may use the Service solely for your internal business or personal productivity purposes and/or legitimate research.
2. Prohibitions. You agree not to use the Service or Content for:
   • Illegal, malicious, or non-authorized purposes (e.g., hacking, spreading malware).
   • Infringing the rights of FlowSync or any third party (intellectual property, privacy).
   • Reselling, sublicensing or otherwise providing the Service to third-party clients as a stand-alone service.

3. Contributed Content

1. By submitting Contributed Content, you grant FlowSync a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute it solely to provide and improve the Service.
2. Do not submit any Contributed Content that:
   • Is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing.
   • Contains confidential or proprietary information you do not have rights to share.
   • Contains personal data without proper consent.
3. FlowSync may remove or refuse to process any Contributed Content at its sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, trademarks, logos, domain names, Reports & Outputs) are and remain the exclusive property of FlowSync and its licensors.
2. These Terms do not grant you any rights in any FlowSync trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as set forth herein.

5. License to You

FlowSync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Fees and Payment

If you subscribe to a paid tier of the Service, you agree to the applicable subscription fees and payment terms as set out on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

1. No Warranty. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE.” FLOWSYNC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. No Guarantee. FlowSync does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that Reports & Outputs will meet your requirements or be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWSYNC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
2. FLOWSYNC’s AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FLOWSYNC IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
3. These limitations shall not apply to liability resulting from willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to personal injury or death.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FlowSync and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your Contributed Content.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy (available at [link to Privacy Policy]) describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described there.

11. Termination

1. By You. You may stop using the Service at any time.
2. By FlowSync. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Any accrued rights or liabilities shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
